Children's outfits and gowns may take longer.

When an order is placed with us, we will send an e-mail confirming we have received and accepted your order.

All prices on Rosalia’s Salusalu are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Payment of orders through our website can be made via Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer. All transactions are securely processed. 

All parcels are tracked. Tracking numbers will be provided once the parcel has been sent. All orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night will be sent out Monday morning.

Delivery times may vary as product is being dispatched from North Shore, Auckland. We expect delivery to be from 1 - 3 days of being sent. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer. 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.

If your package is damaged in transit, or does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please make contact with us within 7 business days.
